De VoIP dienst van XS4ALL voorziet in een aantal officiële Telefooncodes. Daarnaast bestaat er een lijst met Experimentele Telefooncodes. Deze lijst is hieronder weergegeven.

XS4ALL kan op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor het gebruik van deze codes. Onderstaande codes worden niet ondersteund door de Helpdesk en de werking is niet gegarandeerd. Gebruik deze codes niet wanneer je niet weet wat je doet, niet weet hoe je het moet herstellen

The subscriber can forward all incoming calls to a voice message such as: “The person you are calling is absent”.

Call forward busy (CFB)

This service allows the subscriber to forward all incoming calls to a pre-recorded number, if his line is busy.

Call forward non response (CFNR)

This service allows the subscriber to forward all incoming calls to a pre-recorded number, if his line is not answered in a predefined time.

Call forward unconditional (CFU)

This service allows the subscriber to forward immediately all incoming calls to a prerecorded number.

Abbreviated number

This service allows the local loop subscribers to use abbreviated numbers (short numbers).

Anonymous call reject (ACR)

This service allows a subscriber to reject the anonymous calls.

Caller Line ID Restriction (CLIR)

The CLIR service allows the calling subscriber to hide his number from his call recipients, even if the called subscriber has the CLIP service. This number can be possibly followed by a sub-address.

Calling Original Line Restriction (COLR)

The number of the connected extension is displayed, but with privacy enabled.

The subscriber can forward all incoming calls to a voice message like: « The person you are calling doesn’t want to be disturbed ».

This service allows the subscriber to record and identify malicious calls.

Give you the opportunity to choose your ring back tone.

Music on call waiting (MCAW)

This service allows the subscriber to personalize the music played to the remote parties while waiting.

Music On Hold

This service allows the subscriber to personalize the music played to the remote parties while on hold.

This service allows the called subscriber to receive information about waiting calls and to manipulate these calls.

Datacall

The DataCall service allows the analog subscriber to indicate the specific characteristics of his fax or modem calls in order to route them in a specific way. These calls must not be perturbed by echo canceller or waiting call.

Full Protection Against Diversion (FPAD)

This service allows the subscriber to protect himself against diversions.

This service allows the calling subscriber to record the number of the last outgoing unsuccessful call and redial it.

Filter the calls-in, by creating either a black list (rejected) or in a white list (accepted).
